ACCESSING OUR BRANCHES & YOUR ACCOUNTS

All CSB branches are open with the following special hours and will no longer require you to make an appointment. At this time, our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm.

Guidance from the State and CDC continues to evolve. Masks are required in all CSB branches for both non-vaccinated and vaccinated individuals.

You may also bank with us through our drive up locations during branch hours or through Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

Our seven (7) drive-up branch locations are still available to support you Monday through Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-1:00PM. All of your banking activities can be serviced through the drive-up window. In addition to our drive-up branches, you can also use our five (5) ITM locations, or any of our many ATM locations to perform your transactions.

If you are sick or have been in contact with anyone who is sick or has been sick within the last 14 days, we kindly ask that you transact using our vast digital banking capabilities for consumer and business customers instead of visiting a drive-up branch, ATM, or ITM location.

Secure Emails

Cambridge Savings customers who are enrolled in Online Banking can submit secure emails that include account specific information by logging into Online Banking and selecting the “Secure Email” option from the navigation bar. (It is located right under the “Sign Off” link). Please remember that you should never submit account and personal information through regular email as it may not be secure.
