We also offer a number of development programs for our employees.


The Retail Management Training Program is a 6 to 12 month, formal structured program that will prepare participants for positions such as a Sales & Service Manager or Business Relationship Manager.


Participants in our Talent Development Program will work with their managers to develop a custom plan to enhance their skills. Each participant and manager will agree on short and long term goals and work together to create a Development Plan to achieve those goals. The Development Plan may include such activities as projects, classes, and shadowing.


Our Supervisory Development Program is for new or developing managers to gain and reinforce fundamental management skills and learn management processes and expectations at the Bank.


For new Tellers and Sales & Service Representatives, we offer a custom training solution with a modular design, allowing individuals to complete only what they need based on prior banking experience.
