|The Retail Management Training Program is a 6 to 12 month, formal structured program that will prepare participants for positions such as a Sales & Service Manager or Business Relationship Manager.|
|Participants in our Talent Development Program will work with their managers to develop a custom plan to enhance their skills. Each participant and manager will agree on short and long term goals and work together to create a Development Plan to achieve those goals. The Development Plan may include such activities as projects, classes, and shadowing.|
|Our Supervisory Development Program is for new or developing managers to gain and reinforce fundamental management skills and learn management processes and expectations at the Bank.|
