Community Service

Cambridge Savings Bank's employees are continuously making a difference in the community as volunteers at more than 40 service organizations.

Whether it is participating in a community clean up day, running a 5k, rowing in a canoe race, or donating a used cell phone, there are always ways to get involved!

It is this commitment that led to our desire to establish the CSBSmart Financial Education Program. The purpose of the program is to contribute to the economic development of our communities and to the well-being of the people who live and work here. We maintain a volunteer corps of employees who are highly trained in financial education topics. They conduct seminars and participate in the American Banker’s Association “Get Smart About Credit” and “Teach Your Children to Save” Days. Many employees donate their time and energy to CSBSmart initiatives and as the program grows, so does the number of dedicated volunteers!
