Planned CSB Banking Outage

From Friday 10/2 at 5:00pm—Sunday 10/41 all branches and some account access services will be unavailable as we complete a system integration.

1Online Banking & Mobile Banking anticipated to be available Monday 10/5 by 4:00pm.

 

Former Melrose Bank customers should visit our Melrose Resource Center for additional, relevant details about the system integration.

 

Thursday 10/1

Online Banking/Bill Pay/Mobile Banking/eTransfers/PopMoney

Online and Mobile Banking remain available.

However, you should not have any eTransfers (Bank to Bank transfers), PopMoney Transfers (Person to Person transfers) or bill payments set to occur from 10/1 until system integration is complete.

 

Friday 10/2

System Integration Begins

All branches will close at 5:00pm

Our Contact Center will close at 8:00pm

Online Banking/Bill Pay/Mobile Banking/eTransfers/PopMoney

Online Banking, Bill Pay, eTransfers, PopMoney Transfers, and Mobile Banking services will be unavailable starting at 5:00pm.

Debit Cards

Starting at 5:00 PM, your debit card will be able to be used only for purchases or at any ATM. However, please note that you will not be able to make balance inquiries or transfers between accounts at any ATM. In addition, all debit card activity (inclusive of any ATM deposit made) will not post to your account until Monday (10/5). 

Loan Payments

Loan payments that are scheduled after 5:00pm will be processed on Monday (10/5).

System Integration Weekend

All branches will remain closed over the system integration weekend.

We are here to help. However, due to our systems being down this weekend, we may be limited in our support. We appreciate your flexibility and will be fully up and running by Monday (10/5) at 8:00am.
