1Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) customers are eligible to submit nominations for the Community Nomination Program either online or in our branch offices. Customers may enter up to 5 nominations for non-profit organizations (one nomination for any one organization by any one customer) via a nomination form or other form as may be approved by CSB. Nominating customers must be legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. The information that participants provide may be used by CSB in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The nomination deadline is November 15, 2023. It is anticipated that the grant recipients will be announced on or before December 31, 2023. The number of grant recipients, the final winners, as well as the amounts of any grant or donation, shall be determined at the sole discretion of Cambridge Savings Charitable Foundation, Inc. or CSB.
2The nominated organization(s) must be a 501(c)(3) organization that is located in, or provides services in, Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Boston, Brookline, Burlington, Cambridge, Charlestown, Chelsea, Concord, Everett, Lexington, Lincoln, Lynn, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Nahant, Newton, Revere, Saugus, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Waltham, Watertown, Winchester, Winthrop, Woburn or the neighborhoods of Allston and Brighton with a mission, programs and services that support low to moderate income individuals and families. The nominated organization(s) must also have at least one of the following focus areas: (1) Affordable Housing; (2) Shelters and Transitional Housing; (3) Food Assistance; (4) Human Services; or (5) Community Development, as further described in the Cambridge Savings Charitable Foundation Grant Page (“Grant Page”). In addition, the nominated organization(s) must not be one of the types listed in the “Funding Requests Will Not Be Considered From” section of the Grant Page.
