On Tuesday, November 24, an update to your Business Mobile Banking App will be available for you to download. This update contains important security features that need to be established. If you have automatic updates enabled on your iPhone®, Tablet, or Android device then no further action is required. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, please download the updated Cambridge Savings Bank Business Banking App from the App Store® or get it on Google PlayTM.

Incoming International Wire Service

To receive an incoming international wire, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Click here to open and complete the International Wire Service form.
  2. Choose the country/currency you are receiving funds from
  3. Complete the relevant information in the online form and submit
  4. You will then be presented with the payment instructions. Forward these payment instructions to the “Payor” or “Sender”.
  5. Ask the sender to:
    • Present these instructions to their bank when sending the payment to you
    • Instruct bank to include Payment Notes section on the bank’s reference field as specified in the payment instructions.
