On Tuesday, November 24, an update to your Business Mobile Banking App will be available for you to download. This update contains important security features that need to be established. If you have automatic updates enabled on your iPhone®, Tablet, or Android device then no further action is required. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, please download the updated Cambridge Savings Bank Business Banking App from the App Store® or get it on Google PlayTM.

Mimecast Secure Mail User Guide

As an organization that is constantly handling sensitive personal information; your security is our top priority. While we have used various forms of encryption in the past, the latest tool that we are utilizing is powered by Mimecast and utilizes Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect our communications.

If your organizational email system or your email provider (Verizon, Comcast, Gmail, etc.) is capable of accepting email over TLS, then you will not need to use this guide. If your organization is not utilizing encrypted mail delivery, then you will need to follow the steps outlined in the Mimecast Secure Mail guide to access your secure mail inbox and read encrypted emails sent to you from someone at Cambridge Savings Bank.
