The ACH Services Operations Manager will demonstrate our core values and will lead the ACH Services team in all aspects of service and day-to-day operations. Responsible for the management of all daily ACH processing activity including timely collection, validation and distribution of all ACH file transmissions through the Banks mainframe application PEP+ to ensure the stability of the ACH process for the Bank. The Manager’s primary focus is ensuring that the ACH Processing team meets service level standards (customer service; turn-around time; risk management and regulatory compliance; day-to-day processing and balancing activities, audit soundness; and productivity and efficiency). Monitors workflow processes to ensure ACH operations run smoothly and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed timely within established daily deadlines. Provides technical, functional, and operational support and serves as a point of escalation to ensure successful ACH operations.
The Manager is also tasked with improving operational processes to mitigate identified risk concerns, increase efficiencies, and enhance the functionality and ease of use. Foster good working relationships with leaders in partner departments including Cash Management Operations, Online Banking, IT, Cash Management Sales, and other internal support groups, and third-party vendors/services.
Responsible for managing all facets of the Commercial Loan Administration (loan closings) and Servicing functions for the CRE, C&I, ABL and Small Business loan portfolios as well as specialized products like construction loans, Commercial SWAPS and Industrial Revenue Bonds. Ensures staff are meeting pre-determined SLAs and are providing a best in class experience for all internal and external customers.
Responsible for the review and completion of all due diligence associated with the commercial loan documentation/closing process, including pipeline management, satisfaction of approval conditions prior to the preparation of commercial loan documentation and controlling the disbursement of new loan proceeds by originating loan documents or auditing and reviewing attorney prepared documents to ensure adherence to loan approval requirements. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and enforcing post-closing exception items and working closely with customers and attorneys to manage the loan closing process.
Under the supervision of the CRE Portfolio Management Team Leader and assigned loan officers, this position assists with managing the credit risk and loan quality of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan portfolio by supporting and assisting CRE loan officers with preliminary review and underwriting of new prospective loan opportunities and existing portfolio administration issues including regular customer contact; responsible for managing the collection of and monitoring of exceptions and related reporting of CRE customer financial information and; responsible for the management and preparation of a variety of monthly and quarterly portfolio management information reports as directed by supervisors; depending on experience level, the position may be assigned responsibility for some smaller and low activity CRE loan accounts.

The Digital Channel Business Analyst will be a part of the Digital Banking Team and will report to the Digital Channel Product Manager. The Digital Channel Business Analyst is responsible for all performance measurement and analytics functions that support the growth and ongoing management of the Digital Channels. The scope of this role includes performance reporting, cost analysis, trend analysis, customer relationship analytics, sales and service support tools management and preparing presentations.

Responsible for assisting in the management of the portfolio risk analysis function for the Bank. The Product Manager will be part of the Product Management Team and will focus on Commercial and Small Business Cash Management Products. This person’s responsibilities includes managing their products to ensure they meet customer’s needs, developing a product road map, defining product strategy and implementing new features and capabilities.
Manages the Quality Control Program for Residential & Commercial Servicing and Business Client Services for new loans, deposit accounts and cash management services. The right candidate will ensure that the accounts are booked properly and in compliance with Federal & State regulations and investor guidelines and stay up to date with the applicable regulatory changes. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for managing the Post Closing review of commercial, residential and home equity loans and provide management with insights into exceptions identified, trends and recommendations for improvement.
Thorough knowledge of residential loan products, policies and procedures. Responsible for the processing of residential loans. Works both independently and collaborating as a team with assigned Mortgage Loan Originators, Branches, Attorneys, Servicing, other Loan Analysts and Management to ensure a smooth process from application to closing. Partner with Underwriters to ensure loans meet guidelines and appropriate conditions are obtained. Strive to ensure a frictionless customer experience throughout the loan cycle.
Optimize earnings as it relates to performing and delinquent C&I and CRE loans. Keep performing loans current by extending, restructuring and modifying terms. For delinquent loans capable of being revived, work with the Borrower to develop a strategy to get the loan performing through modification and/or restructuring. For loans that cannot be resurrected, pursue legal remedies including collateral liquidation and collection on personal guaranties to minimize losses.
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President/Chief Customer Officer, the Senior Executive Assistant provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the Chief Customer Officer. The Senior Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams.
