The ACH Services Operations Manager will demonstrate our core values and will lead the ACH Services team in all aspects of service and day-to-day operations. Responsible for the management of all daily ACH processing activity including timely collection, validation and distribution of all ACH file transmissions through the Banks mainframe application PEP+ to ensure the stability of the ACH process for the Bank. The Manager’s primary focus is ensuring that the ACH Processing team meets service level standards (customer service; turn-around time; risk management and regulatory compliance; day-to-day processing and balancing activities, audit soundness; and productivity and efficiency). Monitors workflow processes to ensure ACH operations run smoothly and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed timely within established daily deadlines. Provides technical, functional, and operational support and serves as a point of escalation to ensure successful ACH operations.
The Manager is also tasked with improving operational processes to mitigate identified risk concerns, increase efficiencies, and enhance the functionality and ease of use. Foster good working relationships with leaders in partner departments including Cash Management Operations, Online Banking, IT, Cash Management Sales, and other internal support groups, and third-party vendors/services.
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to assist the bank’s commercial clients with their cash management and corporate service processing needs. In addition to direct customer support, the incumbent will serve as liaison with internal departments as the primary customer advocate. The associate will act as a technical and operational resource regarding any issues related to cash management products and services. In this role, the employee will work in conjunction with Commercial Lending Officers, Cash Management Sales Officers, Small Business Officers and Branch staff to deliver a customer centric banking experience.
Responsible for managing all facets of the Commercial Loan Administration (loan closings) and Servicing functions for the CRE, C&I, ABL and Small Business loan portfolios as well as specialized products like construction loans, Commercial SWAPS and Industrial Revenue Bonds. Ensures staff are meeting pre-determined SLAs and are providing a best in class experience for all internal and external customers.
Under the supervision of the CRE Portfolio Management Team Leader and assigned loan officers, this position assists with managing the credit risk and loan quality of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan portfolio by supporting and assisting CRE loan officers with preliminary review and underwriting of new prospective loan opportunities and existing portfolio administration issues including regular customer contact; responsible for managing the collection of and monitoring of exceptions and related reporting of CRE customer financial information and; responsible for the management and preparation of a variety of monthly and quarterly portfolio management information reports as directed by supervisors; depending on experience level, the position may be assigned responsibility for some smaller and low activity CRE loan accounts.
Working closely with the VP Consumer Finance Manager and operating within an established set of policies and procedures, responsible for underwriting Consumer Non-Real Estate loan applications and preparing loan closing documents.
Under the supervision of the SVP, Corporate Banking, develops and coordinate services for a wide variety of commercial account relationships. Originate structure and extend loans to credit worthy borrowers through facilities such as lines of credit, equipment loans and term loans. Coordinate the ongoing management of loans to ensure proper documentation and continued loan quality. Plan and direct a focused calling and business development program for companies ranging from $5MM to $100MM in revenues, with financing needs ranging from $750M to $15MM, located primarily within eastern Massachusetts.
This position assists with evaluating and managing the credit risk and loan quality of the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Banking loan portfolios. The Credit Analyst is responsible for identifying and understanding a borrower’s credit risks and providing a thorough assessment of the Bank’s ability to mitigate these risks. Credit Analysts prepare thorough loan underwriting packages for use in the commercial loan approval and review process. The Credit Analyst may also provide support, as needed, to other departments in the Bank, including but not limited to Commercial Lending and Risk Management.
The Marketing Associate is primarily responsible for managing the flow and execution of all marketing campaigns for the Bank, delivering on campaigns that produce high impact for our business partner’s goals, and helping improve our customers financial wellbeing. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for managing the Post Closing review of commercial, residential and home equity loans and provide management with insights into exceptions identified, trends and recommendations for improvement.

Responsible for preparing the Loan Estimate and all other required disclosures for all mortgage and home equity loans and lines for new applications. Works both independently and as a team with assigned Loan Analysts, Loan Originators, Branches, Attorneys, and Management to ensure necessary file completion. Works closely with Loan Analysts to ensure each loan file is prepared for its next milestone within the loan origination system.
Reporting to the FVP Residential & Consumer Lending, this leader must be committed to executing best in class, internal and external customer experience while leading the overall management of processing, underwriting and closing activities for residential mortgage and home equity loans as well as the division’s Loan Origination System (LOS) in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President/Chief Customer Officer, the Senior Executive Assistant provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the Chief Customer Officer. The Senior Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams.
