The following disclosure serves as an addendum to the Understanding Your Deposit Account for Personal Accounts and Personal Account Fee Schedule.
As of April 1, 2025
Qualifying CSB@Work participants will receive the following Checking and Savings Accounts with no minimum balance requirements.

Enjoy $500 off mortgage closing costs for being a CSB Performance Plus Checking customer. Present this offer when applying for a mortgage with CSB. If you are approved and close on that mortgage, you will receive $500 off closing costs.
Conditions & Limitations –
In order to receive the @Work fee waivers, the following conditions and limitations apply:
• You must be employed by a participating CSB@Work employer
• Requires recurring direct deposit from a participating CSB@Work employer1
• CSB@Work Program is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time
• Can not be combined with other CSB programs

1 The Performance Plus Checking account will revert to a Simple Checking account and the Simple Savings will no longer have the monthly maintenance service charge waiver if a direct deposit from a participating CSB@Work employer is not received within 60 consecutive days.
2 Please note when traveling abroad you must submit all ATM receipts for refunds.
3 Order must be coded with “@Work” program code to receive the fee waiver.
4 Subject to credit approval. The Annual Percentage Rate on Overdraft Lines of Credit is 18% as of 12/31/2025. If qualification conditions are no longer met and you have an Overdraft Line of Credit for this account, the annual fee for that product will be charged to this account.
