Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Erin Toomey serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Cambridge Savings Bank, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading strategic HR transformation across diverse and regulated industries for sizeable organizations. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, Erin is skilled at aligning talent strategies with business goals to drive organizational success and measurable results.

Prior to joining CSB, Erin was Head of Human Resources at Advantage Dental Plus, where she partnered with the leadership team to modernize HR programs, advance employee engagement, and foster a high-performing, values-driven culture. She also held senior leadership roles at DentaQuest, State Street Corporation, and Bank of America, where she delivered results through innovative people practices, workforce planning, and a focus on building resilient, growth-minded teams.

Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Boston College. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy spending weekends cheering on their two children at hockey and soccer games.
