Home Equity Lines of Credit

A New HELOC is a customer without a CSB HELOC or CSB Home Equity Loan. An Existing HELOC is a customer with a CSB HELOC or CSB Home Equity Loan. Subject to credit approval. Minimum loan amount is $25,000. Maximum loan amounts are: $500,000 for a 1 unit, primary residence with an 75% max combined loan-to-value ratio (CLTV); $250,000 for a 1 or 2 unit, primary residence with an 80% max CLTV; $250,000 for a 3 or 4 unit, primary residence with a 75% max CLTV; and $250,000 for a 1 unit, second home with an 80% max CLTV. HELOC > $500,000 is available with a minimum loan amount of $500,001, maximum loan amount of $1,000,000 for single family, primary residence with a maximum CLTV of 70% only.

APRs for HELOCs are variable and are subject to change monthly based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate, which is currently 7.500%. The maximum rate is 18.00% APR. Minimum or “Floor” rate is 3.000%. The term is based on a 10 year draw period and a 20 year repayment period.

2An annual maintenance fee of $50 is charged on all HELOCs, unless you are a Performance Plus checking or CSB@Work checking customer. If the property is in a trust a fee of $355 will apply. Property insurance required and Flood insurance may be required. An early termination fee of lesser of $500 or 2.0% of the initial credit limit may apply if line is terminated within 36 months. A drive-by appraisal will be paid for at the bank’s expense. A full appraisal may be requested at the borrower’s expense at a fee of $500-$1,100. Third party fees ranging from $369 - $1,607 may apply. The option to convert a portion of your line to a fixed rate is available.

5The introductory rate and APR are fixed for the first twelve months. After twelve months, the rate and APR are variable for the remaining life of the loan based on the Prime Rate minus .250%.

Property insurance required. Flood insurance and other fees may be required. If the property is held in a trust a fee of $355 will apply. Maximum CLTV based on a drive-by appraisal at the bank’s expense. A full appraisal may be requested at the borrower’s expense at a fee of $500-$1,100.
