Application Support Coordinator: Waltham
Provide second level support to the Bank's end-users for business application issues and manage upgrades and migrations as necessary to address application maintenance and support. This will be achieved by phone, on-site or email in a timely and accurate fashion based on assigned tickets from the Help Desk. Initial calls will be triaged by the Help Desk and escalated to level 2 support for issues requiring deeper application knowledge and expertise. The Application Support Coordinator will establish relationships with third party organizations and will develop a schedule of upgrades to ensure platform compliance and to introduce new feature/functions to the end user community. Working closely with the business unit Subject matter expert (SME) review application release notes and determine which new features/fixes will be introduced to the environment. Work with software development teams to ensure a full understanding of release schedule and the process of identifying and prioritizing fixes for upcoming software releases. Review business processes with SME and ensure full integration with application.
Under supervision of the Audit Manager, responsible for performing audits of bank departments, subsidiaries and affiliates according to generally accepted auditing standards.
Business Product Management Team Leader: Waltham
Under the supervision of the Head of Digital Banking & Solutions, this position manages and supervises the business product management team. Working closely with product managers, cash management sales, and the client servicing team this person will develop and prioritize the business product roadmap and work to insure the business online banking platform and cash management products are functioning properly.
Commercial Credit Coordinator: Waltham
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the Bank's Commercial Credit Department. This position will also provide support as needed for the VP/Commercial Credit Administration Manager and the Commercial Credit team.
Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager: Waltham
Under the supervision of the CRE Portfolio Management Team Leader and assigned loan officers, this position assists with managing the credit risk and loan quality of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan portfolio by supporting and assisting CRE loan officers with preliminary review and underwriting of new prospective loan opportunities and existing portfolio administration issues including regular customer contact; responsible for managing the collection of and monitoring of exceptions and related reporting of CRE customer financial information and; responsible for the management and preparation of a variety of monthly and quarterly portfolio management information reports as directed by supervisors; depending on experience level, the position may be assigned responsibility for some smaller and low activity CRE loan accounts.
Corporate Banking Loan Officer: Waltham
Under the supervision of the SVP, Corporate Banking, develops and coordinate services for a wide variety of commercial account relationships. Originate structure and extend loans to credit worthy borrowers through facilities such as lines of credit, equipment loans and term loans. Coordinate the ongoing management of loans to ensure proper documentation and continued loan quality. Plan and direct a focused calling and business development program for companies ranging from $5MM to $100MM in revenues, with financing needs ranging from $750M to $15MM, located primarily within eastern Massachusetts.

Mortgage Loan Officer: Arlington Center
Responsible for selling and originating residential mortgage products and Home Equity products, using initiative and imagination in finding and developing new sources of business. Responsible for Fair Lending outreach and follow through on the Community Reinvestment Act.
Nighttime Maintenance Worker: Cambridge/Waltham
Responsible for providing maintenance coverage / support for the Bank’s Harvard Square - Main Office Complex (MOC) tenants after normal business hours, including weekends. Responsible for performing a variety of general utility, maintenance, and repair duties throughout the Harvard Square - MOC location.
Portfolio Risk Analyst: Waltham
Responsible for assisting in the management of the risk analysis function for the Bank. Main focus will be all credit areas with a strong emphasis in CRE, C&I and Residential Lending portfolios and functions. Financial performance areas to focus on include, but are not limited to, bank specific and industry peer comparison, local and national economic trends and potential impact on the Bank.
Residential Loan Opener: Waltham
Thorough knowledge of residential and consumer loan products, policies and procedures. Responsible for preparing the Loan Estimate and all other required disclosures for all mortgage and home equity loans and lines for new applications. Works both independently and as a team with assigned Loan Analysts, Loan Originators, Branches, Attorneys, and Management to ensure necessary file completion. Works closely with Loan Analysts to ensure each loan file is prepared for its next milestone within the loan origination system.
Residential Loan Operations Manager: Waltham
Reporting to the FVP Residential & Consumer Lending, this leader must be committed to executing best in class, internal and external customer experience while leading the overall management of processing, underwriting and closing activities for residential mortgage and home equity loans as well as the division’s Loan Origination System (LOS) in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Retail Administration Manager: Waltham
The Retail Administration Manager reports to the FVP of Retail Administration. This person develops and updates all retail regulatory documentation, oversees projects, as assigned, and acts as a liaison with all departments.
Senior Executive Assistant: Waltham
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Assistant provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams.
Senior Systems Analyst: Waltham
The Senior Systems Analyst is tasked with identifying and analyzing strategic data related issues and needs. This includes assessing the tools available, defining the optimal solution, managing the solution through development, testing, and implementation, and then maintaining and supporting the new solution in the production environment with updates and enhancements as necessary. This position requires a willingness to proactively learn and lead projects forward, including in the face of uncertainty.
Wire Services Specialist: Waltham
Responsible for maintaining a high-quality and efficient wire transfer service, which ensures accurate and timely process of incoming and outgoing wires while maintaining our core values. This position will be responsible for communicating and assisting customers and internal departments with wire transfers, both domestic and international. It also includes assisting with ACH origination, OFAC verification, Business Online wire activities, and balancing activity daily. Responsible for processing and maintaining approved wire transfer request services through Administrative site and WITS system. Strictly adhering to the CSB Wire Transfer policy and Bank’s policies and procedures for domestic and foreign fund activities, OFAC verification, ACH origination and Business Online wire request services.
