E-Sign Disclosure and Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures

Introduction

Please read this E-Sign Disclosure and Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully and retain a copy for your files. This Agreement allows Cambridge Savings Bank (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you to utilize electronic signatures and electronic records for certain documents and notices that apply to your account with us. As used in this Agreement the words “you” and “your” mean the Cambridge Savings Bank customer, or the customer’s authorized representative, agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.

Scope of this Agreement

In order to complete this transaction electronically, we need your consent to use electronic records and electronic signatures. If you do not consent, we will not be able to process this transaction electronically. This Agreement applies with respect to electronic signatures and electronic records arising out of this transaction. You may have already agreed to receive electronic records and utilize electronic signatures with us. This Agreement does not limit or supersede any unrevoked prior consent you have given us that is broader in scope. For example, if you are an existing online banking customer you may have already agreed to receive certain disclosures, notices and statements from us electronically.

Requesting Paper Copies

You agree and understand that paper versions of electronically presented documents may not be mailed to you unless you specifically request it. To request a paper copy of an electronic record, contact us at 888.418.5626. We may charge a fee in accordance with your fee schedule for any such paper copies or research requests. You can also obtain a paper copy by utilizing your printer to print a copy of the electronic record.

Withdrawal of Your Consent

This Agreement will remain effective until expressly withdrawn by you, but you may withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent you must contact us at 888.418.5626 or by writing to us at:

You agree that we shall have a reasonable time to implement your withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of any electronic records or electronic signatures provided or made available to you prior to our implementation of your withdrawal of consent.

How to Update Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete information, including your email address, residential address, telephone number, and other information and to maintain and update promptly any changes to such information. You can update your contact information by visiting one of our branch locations, calling us at 888.418.5626, within our online banking system (if you are enrolled in online banking) or by writing to us at:

Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive electronic records under this Agreement you must have a personal computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access and meet the system requirements.

Additionally, you must have a printer, storage device or cloud storage if you wish to print or retain electronic records.
