Chief human resource officer at Cambridge Savings Bank shares the company’s DE&I journey

 

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) has been front and center the past 18 months with national events calling companies to action. Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) didn’t want to ignore the “watershed moment,” according to Linda Grace, executive vice president and chief human resource officer here at Cambridge Savings Bank, in this podcast.

As some of the national events started unfolding, including the death of George Floyd, Grace said CSB employees more clearly expressed their desire for the organization to have a specific voice around DE&I, and the bank’s leaders took that to heart.
