Because our personal payment service partner is discontinuing Popmoney, we will no longer be able to offer it in our Online or Mobile Banking platforms.
If you actively use Popmoney, we recommend canceling recurring or future-dated payments that are scheduled for delivery after June 14, 2023. These payments will not be processed after the service deadline. If you are the recipient of any pending Popmoney payments initiated through our Online or Mobile Banking platforms, please accept or cancel the payments before the service deadline. Please contact us if you need assistance canceling your scheduled payments. If you have never used Popmoney, you will not be impacted by this change and no action is required.
We are exploring other personal payment alternatives and will let you know when more information is available. In the meantime, you can use your Cambridge Savings Bank accounts through other publicly available personal payment services at your discretion.
