We’re upgrading Online Banking and our mobile app to bring you a faster, smoother experience. With a refreshed look and improved features, managing your money is about to get even better. Here's what you need to know.

Online Banking Availability

Online Banking and our mobile app will be unavailable from Friday, February 6th to Monday, February 9th while we complete the upgrade.

  • All tools and features will be inaccessible during this time
  • If you need support, call us at 888.418.5626 or visit a branch
  • To support you, our contact center will have extended hours: Saturday 2/7 (8am–4pm ET), Sunday 2/8 (10am–2pm ET), and Monday–Wednesday (7:30am–7pm ET)
  • We’ll let you know once the upgrade is complete on Monday, February 9th

First Login After the Upgrade

Once the upgrade is complete, you may log in to our mobile app or at cambridgesavings.com.

  • Apple users will need to update the existing app, and Android users will need to download our new app and delete the old one (we’ll share the download link when it’s ready).
  • You’ll receive a secure access code via email or text and be asked to reset your password upon first login.
  • To ensure everything goes smoothly, double-check your login & security settings to make sure we have your current email and phone number on file before February 6thReview and update your information here.

Reminder: We’ll never ask for your username, password, or secure access code by text or online message. Never share login details or codes with anyone who calls you.

Quicken® Steps

To keep Quicken® working smoothly with your CSB accounts, you’ll need to:

  • Before the upgrade: Back up your Quicken® file, update Quicken®, and download your latest transactions.
  • After the upgrade (February 16th): Delete your existing Quicken® connection to Cambridge Savings Bank, then reconnect by choosing “Cambridge Savings Bank” in Quicken® and linking your existing accounts.
  • If you use Bill Pay in Quicken®: Cancel any payments scheduled on or after February 5th, then re‑create them after the upgrade.

    Note: Quicken® connection will be unavailable for about 5 business days after the upgrade.
