First Vice President, Head of Talent Management

Alison is a human resources dynamo with over 10 years of experience. She brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, workforce planning – and more.

At CSB, she is Head of Talent Management and oversees the full employee lifecycle by identifying and implementing opportunities for value at each stage. She’s also a proud co-captain of the bank’s PanMass Challenge team, leading fellow employees during this cycling event that benefits the Dana Farber Cancer Institute to fight cancer.

Alison is an alumna of Boston University, receiving her Bachelor of Science; Concentration in Human Physiology in 2007 and her Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Transformation in 2014. She resides in Burlington, MA with her family and is committed to giving back to the community, serving as a board member of Food for Free as well as being a Hospice and Vigil Volunteer with Care Dimensions Hospice.
