  • MHP ONE and ONE+ Programs

    MHP ONE Mortgage

    This is an affordable loan option available exclusively to first-time home buyers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Income, property location, and other restrictions apply.6

    • No private mortgage insurance (PMI)
    • Financial assistance for eligible buyers
    • Competitive fixed rates available

    ONE+ Mortgage Programs

    ONE+ Mortgage Programs (ONE+, ONE+ Boston, and ONE+ Lowell) build on the affordable features of the ONE Mortgage Program to deliver financing solutions to eligible borrowers who currently reside in, or plan to buy a home in, eligible communities in the Commonwealth.

    ONE+

    ONE+ is available to the following 29 communities: Attleboro, Barnstable, Boston, Brockton, Chelsea, Chicopee, Everett, Fall River, Fitchburg, Framingham, Haverhill, Holyoke, Lawrence, Leominster, Lowell, Lynn, Malden, Methuen, New Bedford, Peabody, Pittsfield, Quincy, Randolph, Revere, Salem, Springfield, Taunton, Westfield, or Worcester.

    ONE+ Boston

    ONE+Boston is available to borrowers currently residing in, or planning to buy, in Boston.

    ONE+ Lowell

    ONE+Lowell is available to borrowers currently residing in, or planning to buy, in Lowell.
