Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer

Brian is a CSB veteran, having started his career here as an audit assistant over 30 years ago. He has had a variety of roles in the Bank, focused on the areas of audit and risk and currently is our Chief Risk Officer.

As the Chief Risk Officer, Brian has responsibility over the Bank’s overall risk management process which spans from information and cyber security risk assessment to vendor risk management, loan loss allowances, stress testing, disaster recovery, and new product risk reviews. His team’s monitoring and measurement practices are what serve to make sure that the bank remains protected, stable, and well-positioned for growth.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salem State College and is a Certified Risk Professional as well as a Certified Bank Auditor. Brian has been very active in Wilmington youth sports and resides in Wilmington, MA with his wife, three children, and dog.
